Welcome to the Wind Gap Volunteer Fire Department's Official web site.
Wind Gap Volunteer Fire Department has been proudly serving Wind Gap Borough and surrounding area since March 28th, 1921. We currently receive and provide mutual aid to the surrounding townships and boroughs, including Pen Argyl Borough, Ross Township, Hamilton Township, Bushkill Township, Plainfield Township, Nazareth Borough, and many more.
Our mission is to protect the lives and property of our community through Fire Prevention, Fire Suppression, Education, Planning, Inspections, and focusing on the best Safety Practices.

On average, homeowners pay $1.36 a day to fund a full time fire department including salaries and benefits. If you have a smart phone you pay on average $3.33 a day for your phone. That phone won't save your life, perform CPR, protect your property, transport you to the hospital in an emergency, etc.
